Lead Submission Disclosure (please read)

By submitting a lead, you acknowledge and agree that any referral fee is entirely discretionary and will only be paid if, as, and when RVX Strategic Partners LLC or its affiliates successfully closes on the opportunity and receives an acquisition or assignment fee. To be eligible, a lead must be the first valid submission received by RVX Strategic Partners LLC and must be off-market, include direct owner contact information, and reflect that the owner has been contacted and expressed openness to selling. Leads that are duplicate, previously known, already in process, or publicly marketed will not qualify. Referral fees, if approved, are generally paid as a percentage of the net assignment, but all amounts are subject to final review, adjustment, and approval at RVX Strategic Partners LLC's sole discretion.

Any approved referral fee will be paid only after closing and after funds are received by RVX Strategic Partners LLC. RVX Strategic Partners LLC reserves the right to split, modify, or deny any referral fee based on participation, duplication, or other factors. Submission of a lead does not create any agency, brokerage, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You are acting as an independent referrer only. RVX Strategic Partners LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, or pursue any lead at its sole discretion.
