Before Reza ever bought an RV park, he lived the RV life. He spent five years traveling full time in an RV and fell in love with the community he found on the road: families, couples, and retirees helping each other out, sharing stories around the fire, and lighting up when they experienced something new.
That's why he started RV Park Exchange. Reza knows what a great park means to the people who stay there, because he was one of them. He brings more than a decade of experience building businesses, and he leads RVX with a simple commitment: treat every owner with respect, every guest like a neighbor, and every deal like a relationship, not a transaction.

Marco holds a master's in appraisal and accounting and brings extensive experience in real estate. He loves digging into the numbers, and he's gifted at making them make sense for sellers.
Selling a park comes with a lot of questions. Marco takes the time to walk owners through every side of the equation so they fully understand their options and feel confident in the decision. He has also worked on site at the park we own and operate, so he understands the business from the ground up. Above all, Marco treats sellers like family, and it shows in every conversation.

Having lived full-time on the road for 5 years and visited hundreds of RV parks firsthand, Reza understands the industry from both an investor’s and a guest’s perspective.
