Reza leads acquisitions and strategy at RVX. With over 25 years of business experience, including 8 years as a loan officer, he brings a strong background in finance, marketing, and operations.
Having lived full-time on the road for 5 years and visited hundreds of RV parks firsthand, Reza understands the industry from both an investor’s and a guest’s perspective.
Erika Bates | Underwriting & Operations
Erika has owned and managed RV parks and brings hands-on expertise in staffing, maintenance, reservations, and guest experience.
At RVX, she ensures transitions are smooth for owners and that the guest experience remains strong well into the future.
Travis Chenard | Underwriting and Analysis
Travis is both a park owner and experienced underwriter. He specializes in evaluating financials, site mix, and deal structures, ensuring each acquisition aligns with RVX’s standards.
His 20 years of military service shaped his leadership, discipline, and accountability. Beyond RV parks, Travis has also invested in multifamily, mobile home parks, and co-living assets.
Jason Bates | Acquisitions & Owner Relations, RVX
Jason is an RV park owner himself and understands firsthand the responsibility and care that goes into running a park. He works directly with sellers to make transitions seamless and respectful, bringing strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
At RVX, Jason serves as a trusted connection between owners and the team, ensuring clarity, fairness, and professionalism from the very first conversation.
Dan leads buyer relations at RV Park Exchange, ensuring opportunities are communicated clearly and handled with professionalism. With more than 15 years of real estate experience, he brings disciplined judgment and a steady approach to acquisitions.
His background in law enforcement and military service instilled integrity, accountability, and clear communication. At RVX, Dan supports the team from the first conversations and helps nurture ongoing relationships that strengthen our network.
